Our Mission
Feline Assistance, Care, TNR, & Support (FACTS) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of community cats and empowering the people who care for them.
Our mission is to make compassionate, responsible community cat care more accessible through Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) assistance, veterinary support, food and supplies, transportation assistance, education, and community resources.
Serving Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois, FACTS works alongside caretakers, volunteers, and community partners to reduce unwanted litters, improve feline welfare, and create lasting solutions for cats in need.

Support Where it Matters Most
Every cat deserves a chance, and every person who wants to help deserves support. Every situation is different. Sometimes the answer is a trap and a spay/neuter appointment. Sometimes it's a bag of food, a ride to the veterinarian, help caring for a recovering cat, or simply knowing what to do next. At FACTS (Feline Assistance, Care, TNR & Support), we work alongside community members and caretakers to provide practical assistance, education, and resources that improve the lives of stray and community cats.

FACTS is a small, volunteer-driven nonprofit, and our ability to provide direct assistance depends on available funding, supplies, appointments, and volunteers. Even when we're unable to provide immediate hands-on assistance, we strive to offer guidance, education, and connections to resources that help people take the next step.
